Weight watchers always said the Won Ton soup. White rice is better then fried rice but only if you eat 1/2 cup. Steamed vegetables are okay but pretty tasteless. Anything with a sauce is full of sugar and/or salt. Chinese is not really a dieters food.|||Stir frys, chow meins, boiled rice, vegetable dishes. Eat beef instead of chicken... request they put no msg or extra added salt :)|||There are not healthy food at Chinese take outs. Its like a fast food restaurant. The least fattening I can think of is chicken/beef with broccoli.|||Steamed vegetable dishes, clear noodle soups, and stir frys.|||Stir fried veg with a light sauce such as oyster and plain rice. Or a clear soup.|||Chicken and Broccoli.|||Chicken and Broccoli with garlic sauce on side and white rice|||Stir fry with lots of veggies(No MSG) and less sauce
