chinese take out: Whenever I go to a chinese take out place and I get bbq sauce, I have no idea what type of sauce it is! I have tried finding it and I just can't and they never tell me. What is it made of?|||Its the dripping of the ribs when they cook or the stock. Typically mixed with either hoisin and sugar plus a little ketchup or they mix it with LKK chinese marinade.|||it's probably soya sauce. or it could be a mix of different spices but i'm pretty sure there is soya sauce in there. it could also be dark soya sauce which is like a thicker type of sauce sauce.
