nutrition|||very fatty and greasy....stay away!|||Very tasty .... enjoy!|||Great taste but low on nutrition. For nutritional purposes stay with the steamed white rice and choose chicken over pork. Higher protein and lower sodium in most of the chicken sauces. Watch out for that MSG ( monosodium glutamate ). Chinese restaurants use a lot of this stuff to preserve the crispness of the vegetables, AND in the fried rice.|||Depends on where your getting them from. Ask your local restaurant if they have the nutrition facts for their entrees.|||depends on how healthy the cat or duck was before it was cooked.
