When I get Chinese take out the rice is sticky...How can I make this at home?|||You need a rice cooker. That's why Chinese restaurant rice always tastes better. Or, you can buy glutinous rice at an Asian grocery store and cook it. Glutinous rice is very sticky and is used to cook desserts such as sweet sticky rice. The nonsweet version is served as a side with many dishes.

And the other answerer was right, cook the rice in a rice cooker. Don't use a pan. |||Its called Uncle Bens Express.. at your local..umm Walmart?
