Does anyone have a recipe for the sauce? I'm guessing it's a mixture of honey, hoisen, and soy. Let me know.|||Try this brown sauce recipe, we love it.

* 1/4 c. (or less) soy sauce
* 1/2 c. water
* 0.5 - 1 Tbl. grated ginger
* 1 tsp. chopped garlic (1 clove)
* 1 Tbl. cornstarch
* 1 Tbl. molasses

1) Cook any meat first. Remove it from the pan.
2) Stir-fry your veggies.
3) Mix up all the sauce ingredients in a measuring cup.
4) Add a few pieces of hot veggies to the measuring cup to pre-heat the cornstarch.
5) Dump all the sauce into the pan with the veggies (and add the meat back, if using) and bring to a boil.
6) Simmer for a minute or two until the sauce is clear and thickened.|||It's probably oyster sauce. I use a very simple recipe of blanching the vegetables in hot water, then drizzling the sauce over:

Alternatively, you can fry some garlic in a pan, add the broccoli and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Then pour a mix of 1 tbsp oyster sauce and a little water, cover and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Finally, dissolve a little corn starch in water and pour over the vegetables, until the sauce thickens.|||ahhh the infamous brown sauce. i heard heard its oyster sauce and soy sauce mixed together with some cornstarch to thicken.|||is soy soaud3 qne rlo43 wduw
