Tonight, I am a little pressed for time and want to eat something healthy. I am going to get Chinese take-out. Would steamed chicken and broccoli be a healthier choice?|||It would be a better choice than any fried stuff. I would recommend eating brown rice instead of white because it's packed with much more minerals. Try a mixed veggie plate, and have it with a water. Skip the fortune cookie as it just adds sugar and isn't filling.
