They come in like a little stapled-shut paper bag, they're like thin puffed strips, kind of mustard-colored?|||They're wonton wrapper that have been cut into strips, then deep fried. You can eat them plain or you can add them as toppings to soup. Many people like to add them to Chinese chicken salad also.|||Deep Fried Wontons?|||They're deep-fried noodles.|||deep fried wantons?|||My favorite Chinese carry-out calls them "crispy noodles."
