If you are thinking about calories in the chinese take out, there is no figure for it. Cause chinese cuisine have many ingredients in it both good and bad for our body.|||1/2 Cup White Rice:
Nutritional facts per serving (daily value): Calories 351kcal; Protein 6g (13%); Total Fat 1g (1%)(Sat. 0g (1%)); Chol. 0mg (0%); Carb. 77g (26%); Fiber 1g (5%); Sugars 0g; Calcium 9mg (1%); Iron 4mg (24%)

5 medium Shrimp, 1 Chicken Breast, Thai sauce (1 oz):
Nutritional facts per serving (daily value): Calories 165kcal; Protein 30g (60%); Total Fat 4g (6%)(Sat. 1g (5%)); Chol. 124mg (41%); Carb. 0g (0%); Fiber 0g (0%); Sugars 0g; Calcium 29mg (3%); Iron 2mg (10%)

that's the closest I could come for that, it might actually be a bit more, but at least it gives you an idea|||It depends on how much you eat. Plain white rice (no butter or anything) is basically a carb, and most carbs are about 100 calories a half-cup.

The chicken itself (without sauce or breading) is protein and not generally a huge source of calories.

The breading and fat in the sauce will probably do you in. Fat is about 100 calories a TABLESPOON.

However much you eat, go easy on the sauce.|||There are too many unspecified variables to give you an answer.|||even give u a right answer , u wouldn't know
