In the 'burbs I like New Beijing on Prairie Center Drive in Eden Prairie.|||You probably know about LeAnne Chin's (unless you moved to Mpls just recently). If you live in the East Metro, check out Shangri-La or Mai Village (not 100% if Mai Village does take out, but I think they do).
