i know they're packed with sodium, however what's do you consider nice?|||Steamed veggies and a protein (tofu, chicken, shrimp, etc.) and steamed rice (brown if they carry it).

You can improve on the healthiness of most chinese dishes simply by getting the sauce on the side.

Also, get steamed rice instead of fried rice. Even if it's not on the menu, ask for it. They have to steam the rice before they fry it.

If you just must have sauce, go for the ligter, clearer sauces rather than thicker, sweeter ones.,|||If you can get steamed meat/veggies and sauce on the side, and brown rice, then you can create a meal that's nutritious without a ton of calories and fat.|||Steamed veggies.
