Who knows how chinese take out restaurants preserve thier deep fried chicken wings can anyone tell me b/c when I go thier to buy wings it looks like its already fried but they just toss it in the deep fryer for a few minutes to make it hot again who knows how?|||I know they use peanut oil to cook them
