chinese take out: theres a little chinese take out in jersey city that i like. The folks there are real nice. I was just wondering; how come they never eat what they serve ? Have you seen any worker at any restaurant eat where the customers do? I haven't.|||Food service employees arent allowed to eat while they are working. Well they arent supposed to anyway, and if they do it shouldnt be where the public can see them (and if a supervisor catches them then they can get written up). Its a Department of Health issue.|||some do. its because some asians prefer the real authentic asian food. most americans dont like it. so they dont make it.|||They are sick of it, and want something else
