I've looked on line and there are so many that proclaim theirs to be it, but some use white chicken breast, others chicken thigh meat and various spices. I am not looking for the New Orleans style recipe with real bourbon, but the recipe that Chinese people use like they make at the malls. Funny, why don't any of the chinese take out places in my home time have this on their menu?|||Watch this video
