ANYONE FROM A CHINESE TAKE OUT PLZ HELP ME|||Find one skinny brown chinese man and tell him to make some or you'll squeeze it outta him.|||what|||Chinese Brown Sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce, shoyu, or Bragg’s
3/4 cup water
½ – 1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon chopped garlic (1 clove)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon molasses

Here are the directions if using meat / vegetables with the sauce:

Cook any meat first. Remove it from the pan.

Stir-fry your veggies.

Mix up all the sauce ingredients in a measuring cup.

Add a few pieces of hot veggies to the measuring cup to preheat the cornstarch.

Dump all the sauce into the pan with the veggies (and add the meat back, if using) and bring to a boil.

Simmer for a minute or two until the sauce is clear and thickened.
