Breakfast: raisin bran cereal about a cup 1/2
1 egg
1 stick celery w/ peanut butter
Lunch: nature valley yogurt bar
Banana
2 whole grain ritz crackers topped w/ tuna
For dinner my mothers getting Chinese take out. Not very healthy But we eat out once a week at that..
I'm getting what I always get. A pint of chicken and steamed mix vegetables. With sauce on the side since they over do.
I'm a 14 year old female by the way..|||No way! Go eat your Chinese food! That was very healthy choices!|||well you didnt eat anything devastatingly bad, so enjoy the chinese food! but just a comment, you could have more fruits and veggies during your day, aite?
