I'm hungry, really hungry.
Only two options I have are a cheeseburger and fries from a diner, or chicken and broccolli with white rice from a Chinese take out place. The Chinese food has a lot of sauce and I know it' filled with MSG and sodium.
I'm really looking for the one with less cholesterol and fat, calories too but it's not that serious.

Which one?|||It depends on the burger, but I think cheeseburger and fries are definitely more fattening. If you opt for the chinese food, you can minimize your fat intake by not drenching your rice in sauce. As one person suggested, you can ask for brown rice. Not all chinese food is fattening. It all depends on the dish. The broccoli in the chinese food will at least offer you vegetables, whereas a burger and fries gives you lettuce and tomatoes at most. That's not even a serving of vegetables. If you do go for chinese food, you can look for healthy options and avoid dishes that have the meat fried (i.e. sweet and sour pork, etc). Hope you found something that works for you. Enjoy.|||I would first have to say where each one is made and what oils they are made with.
For example some cheeseburgers are baked. And Chinese food is almost always fried if it is fast-food. So depending how and what the meal is made should tell you, which is more fattening.
Sorry I know I didn't give a direct answer, but if you want one here it is:
Go with the cheeseburger and order it without the buns, and get fries with natural sea salt.
Go with the Chinese and you should order the platter with the most vegetables to balance out any MSG if there is any.|||You need to provide more info such as portion sizes of each as both are fattening. For a less fattening option, choose the Chinese food with brown rice instead of white, nix the sauce and if applicable, remove the skin from the chicken and have extra broccoli..|||Chinese food isn't fattening... It's almost like eating air. You need a lot of it to get fat XD Why do you think people in Asia are so fit? Their food isn't fattening... It's GOOD for you.|||Chinese is your better option, but it depends if the chicken in the Chinese is deep fried. that will add a lot of fat. sometimes you can ask them to not put MSG too.|||PROBABLY CHINESE FOOD, BUT YOU CAN ASK THE RESTAURANTS ABOUT LOW CALORIE BURGERS TOO. LIKE APPLEBEE'S HAS SOME REALLY GOOD FOOD THAT ARE LESS FATNING.|||chinese food is jus greese depending on ur order but a burger and fries is basically ground beef in bread with potatoes, 3 heavy foods! the burger and fries is way more fattening.|||cheeseburger and fries is the worst dinner
i would go with chicken with broccoli and white rice because i think its more healthier
why dont you just get something else thats healthier in the chinese take out place|||Ever see a fat Chinaman? Ever see a fat boy waddle out from McDonalds? You do the selecting. I'd go for the Chinese food.|||they r both super fattening but id probbaly go with the chinese food just because broccolis a vegetable and its good for you and rice is a grain|||I work at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and most definitely a cheeseburger and fries is more fattening then Chinese food|||Cheeseburger and fries|||I think you already picked but I'd have to say cheeseburger and fries.|||CHEEZZBUGAAA IS FAT!|||cheeseburger and fries|||burger and fries is prolly more fattening|||Cheese burger!!!!!!!

Real chinese food is much different than Fast food Chinese!|||fries are FAT!|||neither..yr momma is the fattiest thing i've had lol
