So like in the Chinese take out food they have these egg rolls. What are they? Whats inside of it . Some told me that there is like sauerkraut and raw egg inside. Which is kinda gross and disgusting.|||generally its sauteed (or steamed) vegitables:
cabbage, celery, onion, garlic, etc
and some sort of meat:
pork, chicken are the most common
then wrapped and fried
