Wednesday i had 200 cals
thur-260
fri-400
today-271

then i almost passed out, got worried and shoved my fave with 500 calories.
right now i feel better, not full. My dad is getting Chinese take out.
I am about to say **** MY ED TONIGHT and i am going to eat what i want.
If i get chinese food tonight and just eat normally then go backt o my 0-400 cals per day ways tomorrow, ill be fine, right?

I mean ONE day of indulgence wont hurt...right?
i know it takes a couple days to gain real fat/weight

Also...what should i get at the Chinese place?|||First of all, if you are only eating that many calories a day you need to seek professional help. It is not healthy to eat that way and you could be harming your body. If you eat too much tonight you will gain a little weight, but it sounds like you could use it. Also the sesame chicken.|||You have a problem....seriously, go get help.|||k u should fight counting calories and just eat a healthy diet and exercise ppl will find out if u have the disorder if ur bone thin, and its not healthy for u it makes ur bones brittle and u can break things easily or die, is being too skinny worth dying? how much do u weigh exactly right now, if u just exercise u can be healthy and skinny im only 15 but i eat and im 90 pounds because im a runner i definetly dont count calories i just eat when im hungry and its fine and about wat u should order i have no clue i have never really had chinese get some type of stir fry or egg rolls or something like that


well to get into recovery just eat a little more each day u wont really be affected by it as much because the disorder will slowly just go and you should have family and friends help u with the disorder
