i think im too skinny and i wanna gain weight...i think im eating too many healthy stuff like fruits, veggies, vitamin water, soy milk, healthy cereals, sushi and apple sauce...but i also eat junk food and sometimes fatten food but it doesnt help like pizza, chips, candy, soda, chinese take out(im chinese), and all that stuff sometimes...my brother said that he got fatter by drinking a lot of those ensure milks....any suggestions to help me gain weight?|||Yes, you should still eat healthy. You want to gain weight, not gain weight AND health problems.

Your brother had the right idea...a good way to gain weight is to drink Ensure/Boost shakes between meals. You get a lot of calories and nutrients, and no junk. Also try drinking a lot of fruit juice for extra calories.

Definitely try strength training--building muscle will help you to not look so skinny :)|||THERE ARE DRINKS/SHAKES THAT HELP YOU GAIN WEIGHT. binge eating is bad.. no matter what good you're doing it with.|||drink protein shakes not ensure.. or eat lots of pasta and meats, red steaks will put on good weight , protein|||asians aren't really made to be fat so don't try to gain too much weight. you might get unwanted stretch marks i'm sure you're beautiful the way you are, but if you insist ensure drinks is the way to go.
