i have a sortof unhealthy family. I only excercise during the mornings at school..volleyball/basketball&& I don't really like much vegetables, ill only eat like green beans or brocoli when its from a chinese take out. So how much FAT can i loose in a month or so?|||Please don't "loose" your fat. Lose it instead.|||It depends stop eating those pizza and fried chinese food.
Workout after school run!|||do cardio walk or jog 5 miles
drink cold water and eat healthy
no take out of fast food
