I have reached my goal weight and I am thinking about allowing myself a treat tomorrow night of a chinese take out for dinner.

Naturally I will eat healthily all day up until then but I don't want to feel guilty after wards!

Do you ever have treats on your diets? If so, what?|||you can cheat one day it won't kill you, maybe tomorrow go for a walk or a run to burn it off if you want too?|||YEs you shou;d, one day a month will never hurt a fly if you walk or run for 30 mintues afterwards, or dont walk at all.
