i want to have it off by june next summer. i already lost 20 pounds but the weight loss slowed down.

my plan is to work out an hour 4-5 times a week, and eat 1000-1500 calories a day. i know i will cheat every once in awhile and eat chinese take out but i mean about how many months you think it will take?|||Losing that amount of weight in ten months is a very attainable goal. That leaves you plenty of time to take it off in a healthy way (1-2 pounds a week) and to be very active, so that you'll be toned once you've reached your goal.

How smart you are to start this early and not wait until the last minute...Good luck!

|||Probably 5 to 6 months. I lost 30 pounds in about 3 months just watching what I ate and working out 4 to 5 times a week but it slows down the less weight you have to lose. Stick with it and don't get discouraged if it doesn't come off as quickly as you like. Eventually you will get there if you work at it. The main thing is that you will feel so much better. |||Well, to lose weight in a healthy way, you should be losing about 1-2 pounds a week. So in one month, at the most, you could lose about 10lbs. That way, I think it would take about 4 -5months. It's okay to cheat sometimes! We all need a little break :)
