The ribs were about 2 inches long and the bone about the size of a small human finger (sorry it is the best I can describe)
I also bought frozen ribs from a well known supermarket and they were the same size.

My one chef mate in Liverpool uses the smaller ones for his hot pot dish with pork instead of lamb.|||Chinese restaurants sell pork ribs.

The ones you bought at the store should say on the package.

Oh yeah, you wanted to know what animal...pork comes from a pig.|||Most ribs sold are pork.|||chinese people usually make pork spare ribs...|||thatll teach you to not buy un-chinese food from chinese takeout restaurants!|||it's gotta be puddycat.|||Rat or rabit.|||a pig|||either sheep or pigs enjoy
