The only thing you should never do is reheat from the microwave in the plastic container, because not all plastic containers are microwave safe and once heated it produce a chemical effect and will poison the food. So it is better to use a plate instead (microwave safe or ceramic) if you need to reheat your food.|||In the box <G>|||ITS JUST NOT OK TO EAT IT ON A PLATE thats just wrong lol
