i love chinese take out.i wanna know how they fry their chicken.what ingredients they use and their process.also...i have a deep fryer. thanks for the info.|||Look up a general tso or sesame chicken recipe on the web.
In general, thigh meat is used (flavor) it is seasoned and coated with flour and cornstarch and fried in oil. It is then drained and then stir fried with the other ingredients and a sauce is added. It would be too long to go into the exact recipe here, but that is the general method.|||I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but I'm going to give it a shot anyways:
chicken wings 500 grams
table salt 1 tspn
flour 1 big tspn
sweet condensed milk 2 tspn
1) get a big bowl and put all the ingredients in and mix with the chicken
2) after mixing the chicken into a sticky paste of all the ingredients, let it soak for 2 hours so the flavor really goes in
3) the chicken wings are ready to be fried in the deep fryer
4) voila! yummy crispy chicken wings|||well usually use soy sauce season salt and fve spce powder. than fry 4 about 1 mn. enjoy
